The manors are available exclusively as private rentals for group bookings, corporate stays, wellness retreats, weddings, and more.
The maximum capacity depends on the type of event being hosted. At Manoir Davis, up to 80 guests can be accommodated for a seated indoor meal, and up to 120 guests outdoors with the addition of a Sperry tent. Manoir Maplewood can host up to 72 guests for a seated dinner and up to 120 guests for a cocktail-style reception.

The charming Manoir Davis offers eight rooms, with six located on the second floor and two on the third. Each room has been carefully renovated, preserving its original style while adding a contemporary touch. All rooms are equipped with high-speed internet access. With a capacity of up to 24 guests, Manoir Davis is the perfect place for a memorable stay.

In the event of a full cancellation by the Client, our cancellation policy is as follows: If the cancellation occurs 91 days or more before the arrival date, the Owner will refund the invoice amount minus an administrative fee of 25% of the total booking amount (the “Cancellation Fee”). If the cancellation occurs 90 days or less before the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Pets are allowed upon approval.
It is possible to book through Airbnb, WeChalet, or Vrbo for family or corporate stays of up to 16 people. For larger groups or events such as weddings, direct communication with the Manoirs is required.
Several options are available to offer you maximum flexibility. We can provide a turnkey service with our partner caterers and handle all coordination. You’re also welcome to bring in a provider of your choice or cook your own meals in our fully equipped kitchens.
Equipment is available on-site: dinner tables and chairs, ceremony seating, a bar unit, multimedia equipment, and more. We take care of all manor furniture setup.
